I hope you're all well and that the new year is all you hope for. It's a cold, grey Sunday here in Northern California, but there's a fire in the wood stove, and I've got the cabin to myself while Joe and Bodhi are off for a walk. I'm taking this moment to share with you about a (somewhat audacious) goal for 2021 and ask for your help.
This past year changed so many things for most of us; I'm in that same boat. While many of these changes have been unwelcome, one has been absolutely wonderful. That change has been you, the Listen To Sleep listeners. If you listen to the podcast introductions, you have heard my stories of how your messages of support have helped me get through this difficult year. Hearing that the podcast helps you sleep and knowing that, as I go to sleep every night, thousands of your all over the world are also nodding off listening to a story has brought me such joy. In 2021, I'm committing to creating more of this joy, peace, and good vibes.
Part of that commitment is going to involve starting one or two more podcasts. The other part of that is my goal of making Listen To Sleep one of the top ten sleep podcasts worldwide. I'm asking for your help to do that.
Can you recommend the podcast to one person you know who might have trouble falling asleep? So many people tell me that they heard about the podcast through a friend, and I love that folks feel like it's something they want to share.
