#171 - Mindfulness Meditation - The Breath As An Anchor

A meditation for any time of day, using the breath to help anchor awareness in the present moment.

This meditation uses the breath to help us anchor our awareness much the way an anchor holds a ship in one place no matter where the wind of the tide is trying to push it. It can be done before bed or anytime. It's meant to help create a sense of well-being that can have wholesome benefits that can help in both your sleeping and waking hours. I'll be publishing more meditations like this periodically, so please let me know how you like them.
