time to reflect

Yesterday afternoon the sun came out and the temps were in the high 60s, so Joe and I took a walk up to the top of the hill to enjoy the weather and get some much-needed vitamin D. We talked about ways to make life and work better, our triggers for panic and anxiety, dreams of the future and how to make a better "now."
It was such a lovely way to end the day and remind ourselves that taking time to enjoy a warm, sunny afternoon can be healing and transformative.
