The BEST sleep cast!

I listen to two different sleep casts and Erik’s is definitely my favorite. His voice is authentic and soothing. The subject matter of his stories evoke deep reflection and I’ve even had spiritual breakthroughs in my sleep! Bonus that I also have a dog named Bodhi ♥️😌😍
